Administrative Checklists: Faculty Promotions or Conferral Of Tenure

  1. Completed Employee Record (ER) but do not insert effective date
  2. Curriculum Vitae – update faculty rank to reflect promotion

NOTE: Salary increases associated with promotions should be processed on a separate employee record, if applicable, or processed through UPP.

THE COMPLETED EMPLOYEE RECORD (ER) MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH ORIGINAL AND ONE COPY OF ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION.
